Brittany possesses the love for all things beauty, inside and out. She has worked in the beauty industry for 12+ years and has owned Shear Beauty Salon since 2016. Brittany has continued her education at the Aveda institute in Soho, the TiGi Academy in New York, and has attended many classes along the East coast from Salt Society, Masters of Balayage, DomDomHair, Jacob Khan, Gina Bianca & Mane Ivy. Brittany specializes in custom hair color. She believes each client should have a hair color that is personalized for them.

Lacey is New Jersey born and raised. Lacey’s goal in life is to make each person who sits in her chair look and feel their absolute best. Lacey developed a passion for hair as a little girl, and began her career behind the chair in 2014. Lacey loves performing all types of services, however, she specializes in balayage, precision edge hair cutting, and her Instagram famous beach curls. Lacey is trained by Masters of Balayage, Salt Society, Jacob Khan and DomDomHair.  

Victoria Asprea

Victoria grew up in Milford, PA and has been in the hair industry for 6+ years. Victoria started at a well known salon in Orange County, NY but wanted to plant her roots in her hometown. Victoria is Bumble & Bumble trained. She specializes in hair painting and razor cuts. She loves to create lived in, textured hair.

Jessica Prigge

Jessica has been doing hair for 13+ years. She got started in NYC assisting some of the countries top colorists. She has trained stylists in past years. She is Bumble & bumble trained and specializes in razor cutting and hair painting. She lives for organically produced hair colors that look natural, lived in and are low maintenance.
