Cancellation Policy

When booking your appointment, we ask that you provide a credit card to hold your appointment. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment without penalty. Without 48 hour notice we will charge 50% of the cancelled service price scheduled. ‘No Shows’ or same day cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of your service price.

At Shear Beauty we are committed to accommodate all guests booking needs and value your time. If we are given the proper cancellation time it allows us to fill your appointment with another guest who is waiting to get in.

We understand that sometimes things happen so our best judgement is always used.
