 How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us directly at the salon. A credit card will be required to leave on file to book.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Absolutely! You can purchase one online under the tab “services+ gift cards” or purchase a physical one in the salon.

What if I am late to my appointment?
We get it, sometimes things happen but your promptness is greatly appreciated. If you are late your appointment may have to be shortened and you are responsible to pay for all of the services you had booked. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment as courtesy to the next client after you.

What can I expect from my stylist?
Your stylist will provide a thorough consultation, talk about your desired hair goals and break down pricing with you. They will make recommendations for the right products, teach you how to use them, and talk about future maintenance appointments to keep you looking your best. We are here for you and LOVE to talk hair.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Tips are greatly appreciated in cash or Venmo.

What is your return policy for products?
Products returned within 30 days of purchase will be given salon credit or exchange.
